Nest Management Ltd is a property management
and guest services business that was formed in 2001 by
Albert Stoutt of Tortola and Donna Arter of New Jersey.
Albert is a fisherman and lobster diver. Donna loves to
fish and eat lobster! During the times when the fish weren't
biting, Albert and Donna formulated ideas for their company.
The vision of the company is twofold. First, to villa
owners, to provide for loving maintenance of properties
while generating income. Second and equally important,
to guests, to facilitate a memorable BVI experience -
one that makes guests want to return time after time.
To our tenants, to provide for comfortable living at a
fair market rate.
Donna and her husband, Doug (who is a massage therapist)
plan to live permanently in the BVI. They are in the process
of buying property and building their own home. Albert
has lived here all of his life and says "I like to
travel abroad, but Tortola is the best place in the world
to come home to".
Albert and Donna are here to make your stay memorable
and beyond your expectations. Ask them about their favorite
activities, fresh lobster dinners, massages on your villa
balcony, or private tours of sister islands including
beach BBQ's.
