Getting married?
Having a cocktail party for 50 or an intimate dinner for
two? How about a lobster bake on a secluded beach? Hawks
Nest Management’s team will help you create a customized
event to remember.
We will arrange for and/or provide the following activities
and services. Please ask for any service that is not listed
– we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs!
Arrangements made for our guests at no additional charge.
Port
of entrey pickup
Someone who is familiar with your destination villa will
meet you at your chosen port of entry to escort you to
and acquaint you with your villa or apartment. This free
service applies to the first members of your group arriving
on the island.

Provisioning
Ask us to fax or mail a list of groceries and
spirits. We will have your requested order delivered and
unpacked for your arrival. No need to spend precious vacation
time shopping for your favorite foods, snacks and beverages.
Private
daytrips to nearby islands
Albert and Donna will take you to their favorite
spots in the BVI - many that are not on charter tours
- to snorkel, explore deserted beaches or visit world
famous locations. The day is completely custom designed
by your party - Albert captains the motor boat and Donna
prepares a gourmet lunch after guiding you to awesome
sights above and below the sea. Albert is a professional
lobster diver, so if you'd like a lobster bake on a deserted
beach or rum punch at the famous Willie T or Foxy's, just
ask!
Captain's fee: $200
Catered
lunch: pricing on request, depending on menu
Boat charter: Island Time Boat Rentals
and King Charters are recommended rental companies. Average
cost of day rental: $500.00 for up to 12 guests.

Daysails
Allow Hawks Nest Management Ltd. to arrange
for a day on the sea. Visit nearby islands, snorkel in
remote places and national parks, enjoy an on-board lunch
or a stop at an island restaurant. Our staff members have
personally experienced a day with each of the boat captains
listed. Your choices include the following options for
your group alone or with a group charter:
Catamarans:
Kuralu, a 50’ luxury cruising catamaran.
Captain Robin Pinfold is owner/captain with his golden
retriever first mate. Great trip for families with children.
Visit islands either to the North or South of Tortola.
On board lunch.
Schooner: White
Squall II, a traditional 80’ schooner. Includes
BBQ lunch with wine, beer and rum punch.
Motor
boat: One Trick Pony with Captain Tyrone. Custom
trip planned around what you want to do and see. Stop
at Island of your choice for restaurant lunch, not included
in cost. Last stop, Willie T, a floating bar at Norman
Island for happy hour cocktails – if you like!
Sloop: Black Angel Cruises, a 45’sloop
specializes in taking two to six people on tailor made
day trips. Also offers overnight trips for two, which
includes gourmet meals.
Chef
services
Private chef services at your villa for breakfast, brunch,
lunch, dinner, cocktail parties, birthdays and weddings.

Chef fee:
$150.00 for up to six persons; $25.00 p/p in excess of
six plus cost of provisioning. Special rates for larger
and smaller parties. Ask about our signature Spa Brunch
– a day of complete indulgence!

SPA services
Luxuriate in the privacy of your own villa. Services include
massage, body wraps, pedicure, manicure and hair styling.

Fishing
Half day and full day fishing aboard the Whopper or One
Trick Pony. Contact Hawks Nest Management for reservations
and pricing. Fly fishing available.
Diving
Blue Water Divers are the recommended dive company to
take you to the Rhone, the Indians and many other prime
dive sites. Equipment rental and one/two tank dives available.

Windsurfing
Beginners and experts alike will find the BVI to be a
great windsurfing mecca. BVI Watersports is located in
Trellis Bay and offer equipment rentals and lessons.
Horse back riding
Shadow's stables provides a half day or full day of riding
and can accommodate riders of all levels of experience.
Visit Sage Mountain, a moist forest over 1700 feet above
sea level, or a ride to the beach. Call Shadow directly
at (284) 494-2262 or make arrangements through Hawks Nest
Management.
Weddings
Let Hawks Nest Management assist you in planning the perfect
wedding - from groups of two and up. From photographers
to flowers to receptions, Hawks Nest will organize a day
to remember.

Childcare
By the hour or day/evening. Allow our staff members to
care for your child/children while you enjoy a romantic
evening together.
Swimming Lessons
Allow a Red Cross certified teacher to take children and
adults through a step by step process that is guaranteed
to have you swimming by the end of your stay.
