Congratulations
on your most special upcoming event! Weddings
in the BVI are exceptionally romantic and will leave you
and your guests with memories of a lifetime. My wedding
to my husband Doug took place on Brewer’s Bay –
a beach party for 125 complete with band, roasted fish,
snorkeling and a sunset dance on the sand. Doug and I
arranged everything ourselves (easier to do when you live
here), giving us a wealth of experience in doing weddings
right.
Allow me to assist you in creating
the wedding day of your dreams – whether it’s
a pig roast on the beach, or a formal sit down dinner
at your villa or favorite restaurant, or simply the exchange
of vows and champagne toast.

$500 Fee includes:
• Marriage License
• BVI taxes
• Registrar to perform ceremony
• Orchestration of location, date, time, deliveries
of flowers, cake and spirits, photographer.
Wedding
flowers
The cost of flowers is highly dependent on the design
and choice of flowers. The photos on this page are a sample
of flowers designed by the Hawks Nest Management team,
using flowers picked from local gardens and stems purchased
from the florist.
Bridal bouquets start around $50.00 up to $200 or more.
Table arrangements
Usually made with local flowers.
$10 per hour for design.
Wedding Cake
The choice is yours – tell me what you’d like
to have and I’ll price it for you.
Catering
Hawks Nest Management will cater your party or arrange
for the reception to take place at the venue of your choice.
Rate depends on type of menu, number of guests and venue.

Gazebo
Made from local bamboo and draped with palm fronds and
flowers, our Wedding Gazebo is the perfect setting for
exchanging your vows.
The gazebo is featured in the photos on this page. $25.00
